Summary
Responsible for developing and providing the training for our new auto finance loan servicing organization located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, along with the administration, logistics, people and processes to support a compliant operation.? This includes:? working with managers to define desired training results; providing curriculum design and development within all levels of the organization; monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure programs stay within budgeted costs; and managing relationships with external consultants and vendors.? Delivers outstanding service to internal customers and contributes to the overall success and performance of loan servicing associates.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
-????? Demonstrated track record in stand-up delivery of education or training
- Ability to consult with managers, leaders and partners to develop curriculum that helps associates understand expected progress and milestones
- Experience in design and development of curriculum
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and fundamentals
- Experience with selection of training medium, including classroom, CBT, WBT and job aids
- Identifies training needs by conducting surveys, interviewing appropriate managers, operations subject matter experts and evaluating feedback from existing programs
- Manages the new hire process with associates and managers
- Measures the effectiveness of training programs and evaluates their impact on service quality and the customer experience
- Researches, gathers information, evaluates and makes recommendations on external training resources
- Takes on additional tasks or projects, assisting other training team members and cross-functional partners, as needed
- Travels as needed (up to 40% at times) to other company locations for training purposes
- Facilitates the compliance curriculum
- Manages the curriculum integration with new businesses, as needed



Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of training experience, with an emphasis on stand up facilitation and adult learning theory
- Strong people management experience
- Strong project management skills and strong verbal/written communication skills are required
- Ability to make decisions by identifying issues, diagnosing problems, generating alternative solutions and analyzing opportunities and risks
- Ability to set and achieve challenging individual goals that support department and business goals
- Ability to take responsibility for projects and follow-through to completion with minimal need for direct supervision
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong professional impact and presence

Preferred:
- Auto finance or installment lending training experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree
