Subcontract Administrator, Junior

Key Role: Provide subcontract support within Booz Allen's San Diego office. Assist with the formulation of non disclosure and teaming agreements, and subcontracts. Award task orders and modifications in a fast-paced environment. Review and organize subcontract documents. Assist in the support of multiple teams and program managers. Perform data gathering and analysis to support subcontract negotiations. Ensure compliance with the contractor purchasing system review and self-governance requirements. This position is temporary and will span 3-6 months, with the possibility of becoming a full time role.



Basic Qualifications:


-1+ years of experience in contracts or subcontracts with federal government contractors


-Knowledge of FAR required


-Experience with multiple types of agreements, including FFP, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ, or T&M required


-Experience with Microsoft Office required


 


Additional Qualifications:


-BA or BS degree preferred


-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


-Ability to work as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment
