Supervisor Warehouse

Assist the Warehouse Manager with operations and logistics, consistent with workplace delivery schedules and operational metrics. Assists in the maintenance of an accurate inventory, oversees the refurbishment program and determines the logistics of staging, shipping and receipt of surplus furniture on a daily basis. Works with the Move Team and Designers to coordinates shipment of furniture between facilities and determines liquidation of obsolete and non-standard items. Must maintain a high level of integrity in a TEAM oriented environment. As business conditions vary, this person must be extremely flexible with the demands and possible changes to the processes.

Additional responsibilities:
* Supervises 4 direct reports, including employment decisions, performance management, compensation, reward planning and development.
* Supervises 1to 3 temporary laborers
* Responsible for vendor services for on-site labor, refurbishment and liquidation services totaling $500k annually.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
* Five years supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
* Corporate facilities experience in move management, Asset Distribution or project management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.
* Working knowledge of computer software applications (Lotus Notes/Excel/Word etc.)
