POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position delivers the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), drives activities to optimize results in PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale) and builds organizational/people capability to deliver ongoing declining costs using Corporate Continuous Improvement Initiatives as the key strategy. ?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Build and develop talent by effectively leveraging PepsiCo Career Growth and Leadership Models and the QTG Performance Management Process including Objective Setting, Performance and Development Reviews, Career Development Action Plans, People Planning, 360 Feedback, and Competency Review.
2. Develops relationships and works closely with Division and Corporate Personnel to drive innovation and deliver objectives/programs consistent with Corporate goals
3. Analyze utilization of assets, detailing idle time and overtime production requirements. ?Summarize the scheduled downtime for changeovers and cleanup for each asset. ?Elevate and manage capacity issues with local and divisional teams. ?
4. Make decisions regarding production changes, abnormal product moves and movement of customer orders to minimize product cuts. ?Work with hourly team members and Front Line Leaders to change production schedules in order to manage costs.
5. Maintain the DM+ warehouse management system and improve inventory accuracy levels through the use of cycle count and reconciliation. ?
6. Monitor daily productivity and adherence to the shipping schedule. ?Manage order fill rate, product availability, and on time delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelors Degree in Technical, Engineering or Business Field
? 5 ? 10 years leadership experience in a manufacturing organization
? Must possess strong skills, knowledge and capability in TPM or Lean Manufacturing, Finance and Accounting, Project Management, Human Relations, Savvy Communications, and Statistics/Logical Problem Solving.
? Solid working knowledge in the following business enterprises: ?HSE/Quality regulatory compliance, Processing/Packaging/Warehouse Operations, Maintenance and Engineering, Ingredient and Package material Procurement, Production Planning & Deployment, Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, and Consumer Response. ?
