The functions of the Distribution Supervisor include, but are not limited by the following:
'Allocates labor resources according to changing needs
'Implements health and safety procedures
'Provides training to full-time and temporary staff on safety, quality, and productivity procedures
'Manages the assigned area to achieve established goals and objectives
'Provides action plans to improve safety, quality, on-time shipping, customer service, and productivity

'Bachelor Degree preferred
'3 or more years of related work experience
'Computer skills required, specifically Catalyst and Microsoft Word and Outlook
