Terminal Manager

Nashville TN - Terminal Manager

J. Grady Randolph, Inc. is seeking  an experienced Terminal Manager for our flatbed division located just outside Nashville, Tennessee.  This individual will oversee the total administration of the facility including trucking operations and staffing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


1. Overseeing day to day operations, including dispatching

2. New Hire testing and training.

3. Supervising all owner operators, company drivers and office staff

4. Client communication and satisfaction

5. Communicating effectively and on a timely basis with the Safety and HR Department


Qualifications:

1. A minimum of four years transportation experience, with flatbed experience a plus.

2. Knowledge of DOT regulations

3. Must have strong leadership qualities, and be willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

4. Basic PC skills along with knowledge of normal office equipment.
