Test Center Resources Support Specialist

SummaryConsult and advise the Manager, Test Center Resources Support regarding the installation of new and expanded testing centers. Supervises installation of testing centers. Coordinate the openings of new and temporary testing centers, as well as workstation expansions, relocations, and closures of existing testing centers. Coordinate with technical specialists on all projects. In addition to, ensuring that non-virtual testing environment is in compliance with Prometric standards.Description? Supervise all aspects of installation activities.
? Follows new center development procedures throughout installation process.
? Raise purchasing requisitions for computer, furniture, cabling and surveillance equipment.
? Responsible for maintaining and updating various support & scheduling databases pertaining to setup for new sites, site closures and the addition/deletion of seats at existing sites.
? Schedules installation of furniture, fixtures, computer and communications equipment.
? Communicate status of all installation activities to customers and Prometric staff as needed.
? Coordinates deployment of annual hardware cycle.
? Tracks costs of all installation activities and reports them as needed to Prometric staff.
? Respond to phone inquiries related to all phases of the process associated with new site setup, the closure of existing sites and the addition/deletion of seats at existing locations.
? Interact with the Channel Management, Test Center Planning, Security, Accounting, Purchasing, Helpdesk, and Production Services.
? Administration responsibilities include: filing, handling general phone and email inquiries, backfilling for colleagues as necessary.
Qualifications? Project Management experience, including leading multiple projects requiring prioritization of task and resource allocation
? Knowledge of financial, accounting and other management information systems
? Experience in vendor management.
? One year customer service and supervisory
? 4-year degree (or equivalent) preferred

Special Aptitude:
? Computer Literate; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project & Power Point
? Willingness to travel as necessary
? Must have excellent written and oral skills.
? Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
? Valid driver?s license
