Test and Evaluation Management Support

Summary:

 

Stanley is searching for someone to provide program, test and evaluation support, and engineering management consulting services for submarine combat systems and acoustics systems.

 

Shall provide test and evaluation management support for projects within the Submarine Combat Systems Acoustics Program Office.  Individual will provide management services and expertise in all phases of test and evaluation of acoustic systems, specifically the Acoustic-Rapid COYS Insertion (A-RCI) Program.  Daily interface with site representative will be necessary to coordinate assigned tasking.

 

Efforts may entail evaluation or identification of design improvement requirements resulting from test findings; supporting the establishment and implementation of T&E program for electronic systems, from subsystem development through platform testing; providing representation, as required, during government-conducted or government-witnessed test events, both subsystem and system level; and providing engineering support to record, analyze, summarize and report government and contractor test data.

 

Requirements:

 Expert knowledge of the A-RCI system and implementation of system upgrades is required.Thorough knowledge of the conduct and/or witnessing of government test events is mandatory. Skilled in appropriate planning, word-processing, spreadsheet, email and graphic applications.  Must possess superior skills both written and verbal.
