National Amusements, Inc. has exciting and challenging opportunities waiting just for you.Multiplex Cinemas and Cinema De Lux are looking for experienced movie theatre managers as well as applicants with previous management experience.  Food service management is a big plus.  Openings currently exist at the Cross County Multiplex in Yonkers and City Center 15 Cinema De Lux in White Plains, NY.  Candidates should possess mature managerial and leadership skills, the desire to learn new concepts and the ability to work hard in a high energy, fast paced atmosphere. 

 

Multiplex Cinemas and Cinema De Lux are looking for several theatre managers to fill these challenging and demanding, full time positions.  Being a manager for National Amusements is multi faceted.  You will learn:  Staff hiring, training and scheduling.  Payroll.  Inventory control.  Cash handling.  Food and alcoholic beverage preparation. Facility maintenance.  Projection equipment operation.  All this and much more await you as you climb your career ladder. 

 

Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.There is "on the job" training, as well as National's own Management Development School, to help you learn the National Amusements way.  Benefits include medical, dental and life insurance, 401K, fixed benefit pension plan, paid vacation, various incentive programs and periodic salary reviews.  Previous theatre management or management experience in general is desired, but not necessary.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  Advancement opportunities exist within for hard working individuals.  Promotion from within is the company norm.
