Assume a leadership role for all operational activities within the Business Class Services department by providing the technical, operational and project management support for Northeast Ohio?s business customers. The successful candidate must be willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment requiring broad experience, adaptability, and excellent problem solving skills. Successful candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong collaboration skills. The candidate must be a team player, with an inherent ability to work well under tight timelines, and have strong problem-solving capabilities. Candidate will also be required to share experience, skill, and talents with associates and mentor others. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe/acceptable driving record in compliance with company policy.
