VMI LOGISTICS ANALYST

 

Responsibilites include:To implement the VMI processing of orders at Geneon, and address and report developing problems and trends relating to VMI. Respond to order fulfillment inquires/requests and accounts receivable related issues by communicating extensively with the Customer and internal cross-functional departments as required. Service customers through the administration of the Continuous Replenishment Program (CRP) / Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) as required. Meet agreed upon service level, inventory weeks-of-supply, turn and other sales goals. Perform regular analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) and to take steps required to attain service goals and objectives. Compile monthly reports and communicate results to the appropriate personnel. Maintain up-to-date files within the SAP System, such as master files, price files, sales deals, customer resource table, and material determination table, etc


 

Qualifications include:Bachelor?s Degree or a minimum of 3 years experience in Order Entry, Customer Service, Sales or Operations. Customer Service experience.Strong Analytical Skills.Good listening skills, a sense of urgency, a high tolerance for stress and good organizational skills.Must demonstrate professionalism and self-confidence to perform effectively.Proficiency in Word and Excel.Must have thorough understanding of forecasting, distribution, inventory control, promotional effect on demand and logistical procedures. Knowledge of SAP and Vision VMI software a plus.
