Your Total Rewards (YTR) Project Manager

Description:
Your Total Rewards (YTR) Project Manager manages the overall implementation development and ongoing maintenance/support of Your Total Rewards sites for multiple clients. He/She is responsible for leading the consulting/requirements process during a new client/service implementation, building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships, as well as the overall quality of the total rewards service delivery for their clients. He/She consults with clients to balance client needs, best practice, and Hewitt technology/operational capabilities. He/She is the subject-matter expert on all aspects of online total rewards delivery.

Activity/ Responsibility
Manages overall YTR delivery and related services, including managing to approved scope of client delivery model, contract and any SLA; responsible for the overall quality of Hewitt s total rewards service delivery
Manages client-facing interactions for YTR service delivery during implementation and ongoing; builds and maintains effective relationships with key client contact(s)
Serves as total rewards subject-matter expert, including consulting with client on communicating their unique employee value proposition and best practices in online total rewards delivery; leads client requirements meeting(s); identifies and defines client needs/requirements; and works to resolve any open requirements issues
Consults with client and client team on setting clear project goals, defining the covered population, developing site content, determining data methodology/requirements, sharing best practices, confirming project scope to delivery model, and the training of customer service representatives
Manages client acceptance testing process and issue resolution
Oversees technical development of the site, working closely with the Technical Consultant
With Communications specialists, consults with client on effective strategies for promoting YTR at launch and ongoing to ensure positive customer experience and utilization
Provides input to YTR Leadership on client issues, potential internal and external risks, and actual results
Actively participates in continuous product and process improvements analyzing site utilization and user/client feedback, and participating in semi-annual product reviews and quarterly cross-team process reviews

If role includes people management
Manages the unit:
Leverages the talent/resources on the team to generate results
Monitors associate performance to ensure that results are achieved effectively/efficiently
Conducts necessary performance management conversations with associates; uses tools and resources available to managers at Hewitt
Educates, reinforces, and holds associates accountable for behaviors that support Hewitt policies and guidelines (i.e., Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, etc.)

DELIVER Result Measures
Client:
Ensures YTR requirements are current and complete throughout the implementation process and ongoing
Ensures overall quality, and an on-time, accurate delivery of YTR and related services
Achieve site utilization goals and positive employee feedback

Financial:
Implementation and ongoing support costs managed within budget and cost build-ups
Work with AE and billing coordinator to ensure accurate client billing for YTR
Secure 100% client renewals

People:
Education and domain knowledge development of other team members

Operations:
Adherence to YTR project plan, process and delivery model
Launch site on schedule, including ongoing site refreshes based on predetermined schedule
Year over year improvements in efficiency

Qualifications:
?* 4+ years of relevant project management experience
?* Experience defining and communicating technical and data requirements
?* Experience establishing and managing client relationships
?* Knowledge of employee benefits and/or compensation
?* Strong written and verbal communications skills
?* Demonstrated consulting experience
?* Experience leading a team of 5 10 individuals to deliver results
?* Computer skills (basic knowledge of Word and Excel)
?* Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
?* Ability to work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
?* Flexibility to juggle multiple projects
?* Ability to adapt to different communication styles
?* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
?* Creativity in problem-solving skills
?* Ability to travel approximately 10%-15%
