Account Manager, Strategic Accounts - Chicago

This sales position focuses on the Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania region. You will maintain strong relationships, drive client satisfaction, and focus on selling additional products and services. You also will be rewarded for client retention and enrichment sales. Roughly 20% to 30% of your time will be spent on travel within your assigned territory from your base in Chicago.

Responsibilities:
?Nurture and develop 20 to 30 existing clients.
?Generate incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional Forrester products and services and proactively pursuing executive-level relationships.
?Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
?Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve account enrichment goals.
?Forecast accurately.
?Maintain quality relationships to retain clients.
?Use analytical skills to understand our clients changing business and technology issues and needs.
?Work strategically to develop and execute account plans that position Forrester as a strategic resource.
?Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences.

Requirements:
?Three or more years of proven success in client management, or five or more years of successful consultative or solution selling in the high-tech or professional services industries.
?Proven experience in managing client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and managing personal sales strategies.
?Effective organization and time-management skills.
?Team player.
?Fast learner and at ease with technology.
