Supervisor, Mail Services

The successful candidate will supervise the mail processing operations. Responsibilities will include handling staffing, day-to-day operations, performance measurement, evaluation of new products/systems and the review of customer service effectiveness with the purpose of improving overall service quality. Involves ensuring operations are compliant with current courier and U.S. Postal rates and regulations, overseeing the collection and updating of department listings and making recommendations on staffing, equipment and service needs.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, college course work in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or related subject and 3+ years supervisory experience in corporate mail operation environment or business environment. Must be knowledgeable of all mail services tracking and computer systems.
