The Account Manager will be part of a sales team and responsible for coordinating the launch of advertising campaigns, managing client relationships through day-to-day contact with the client, looking for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell clients, assisting with prospecting, ensuring clients receive superior customer service, and renewing accounts. This individual will be involved in managing all aspects of campaigns in accordance with the objectives of clients and the territory revenue goal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Manage daily contact with clients within territory
? Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
? Coordinate with designated Account Executive and District Sales Manager to provide information regarding the status of a campaign or projects related to a campaign
? Provide campaign reporting to clients
? Qualify leads and prospective new clients
? Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations
? Prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients
? Obtain performance metrics from the client to reconcile delivery and billing
? Communicate with Agencies, Clients, Regional Directors, Operations, and Traffic Control to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery, and invoicing
? Act as primary communication link to Delivery

Education / Experience:
? Bachelors degree
? 1-3 years experience
? Or relevant combination of education and experience.
