Account Specialist

Account Specialist Description: We are looking for an entry level, preferably college graduate, for the position of Account Specialist. Account Specialists are trained in all areas of the Factoring (Accounts Receivable Funding) Business. They assist an Account Manager with the Account Manager's loan portfolio as a training tool. They will manage client relationships both on the phone and in person. The ultimate goal is for an Account Specialist to become an Account Manager and directly manage their own portfolio of clients. The length of time to promote out depends on the person's abilities and willingness to work and learn. Because this is an entry level position, the candidate must show energy, an enthusiasm to work and not be unwilling to do basic tasks in the beginning. We run a lean, efficient office that requires everyone at every level to pitch in on the work that needs to be completed. There is ample opportunity for career growth. Requirements:
College degree preferred, good customer service skills, ability to manage and grow client relationships.
