Administrative Assistant

Position Description: Hoffman Recruiters is looking for a very dedicated and detail-oriented, full-time office assistant to join our growing team. We are a national, team-oriented recruiting firm, which utilizes the latest technologies to maximize our recruiting potential and client services. Ideal candidates will be able to work well both independently and within our team environment. The successful candidates will have excellent PC skills and be very fluent with Microsoft Office including MS Word and MS Outlook (e-mail, calendar, and contacts). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must as are a professional attitude and telephone skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formatting resumes, directing calls from our clients and candidates, meeting and greeting candidates, maintaining positive and professional office image, mailing pamphlets, faxing, and many other essential daily office functions.

Candidates must have a can-do attitude and a desire to be the best. Dedication will be rewarded and growth opportunities exist for candidates who express an interest in growing with us. Recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply. Salary will be based upon experience.
