Analyst

Digital Management is an information technology strategy and solutions company focused on servicing the needs of a Federal Government undergoing transformation.

 

The Analyst will be responsible for implementing capital planning for the organization-wide; review program management required documentation for system development life-cycle and for compliance with OMB requirements (OMB300s); provide advice and assistance in review of life-cycle documents related to capital planning; support policy review, analysis and recommendation.  Assist program managers in understanding how to prepare alternative analyses; statement of need; cost benefit analysis; trade-offs, etc.

 

Minimum Requirements:

?  BS degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology or related field.

?  3+ years of experience of consulting experience

?  2+ years of cost analysis; cost benefit analysis; alternatives analysis; budget justification; capital planning support (CPIC).

?  3+ years of report writing and briefing content preparation.

?  Proficient hands-on technical skills in MS software.

?  Knowledge of software development lifecycle and required documentation.

?  Familiarity with federal laws, regulations and requirements for IT project planning and management.

?  Must have CPIC training and e-cpic training.

?  Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

?  Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

?  Preference given to candidates: experience with e-CPIC tool; experience with Federal civilian agency budget/planning process at the OCIO level; experience supporting enterprise architectures at the departmental level.
