Apartment Management Compliance Specialist- Banyan Realty Management is one of the largest apartment managers in the Southeast. We have a position open for an immediate hire in our Orlando Florida corporate office.  The position requires at least 3 years experience in affordable housing, with specific experience in compliance.

 

The position will be responsible for reviewing and working applications at our corporate office that are sent from various sites throughout the country.  Specific knowledge of housing credit, bond, HUD, SAIL, HOME and other affordable housing programs is important. Applicant must be well organized, diligent and willing to work in a TEAM effort to get the job done.
