Art Director (128981-548)

? Partner with copywriter in development of innovative and strategically sound concepts
? Responsible for execution of assigned client projects as it pertains to design
? Use of comprehensive layouts with clear execution of strategy, design and synergy between concepts
? Work closely with the production staff to insure that recommended visuals/formats can be executed
? Work along with Art Directors and Production Specialist to develop skills and adapt to creative strategies, formats and client direction
? Work closely with the Interactive group to construct and code emails, web pages and any other dynamic fiiles
? Able to execute own projects from concept thru electronic mechanical
? Responsible for adhering to project budgets and estimates
? Present work internally and externally
? Assist with planning photo shoots
? Build comps and boards
? Participate in corporate initiatives
? Stay abreast of the latest software upgrades and be proficient in them
Required Skills:
? 5+ years experience in an advertising or direct marketing agency
? Proficient in print and interactive design

EDUCATION:

? Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Usual Office Conditions including keyboard skills. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and sit.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
