Job Description:
Work in the Association Business on full service 401(k) pension plan Product. Assist management in implementing new product designs, including managing investments option product changes. Also assist in modifying and maintaining current products. Work with outside fund managers as well as AXA Equitable Funds Management Group to update and maintain performance numbers, provide prospectus and annual report content and cultivate ongoing relationships. Work closely with legal, actuaries, marketing, filing, finance, administration and other product managers outside of the area. Coordinate projects and manage specific assignments in a deadline sensitive enviornment.



Job Requirements:
This individual must have excellent oral and written communication, experience in 401(k), defined contribution and New Comparability plans, preferably in product management with knowledge of investments in defined contribution products. This person must be analytical, attentive to details and enjoy problem solving. This person must also interact well with business management, associates and outside sources. This person must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. NASD Series 6 license would be a plus.
