Inside Sales Representative



Position Description
Our client has an immediate opening for an inside telephone sales professional to team sell with the Business Development Executive in a full time permanent position in the Oak Brook, IL office.


 


Responsibilities
Individual will be responsible to work with the sales professionals to facilitate and enhance sales by:


Identify, cold call and build relationships with qualified prospects in specified sales territories
Create, by phone contact, both prospects’ awareness and need for property tax consulting services
Maintain all critical prospect profile data in MS CRM tool and directly manage the entire sales cycle for each prospect
Schedule and coordinate appointments; and, assist in preparation of proposals and contracts



 
 
 REQUIREMENTS
 
Telephone Sales Experience:


Minimum 3 years B2B telephone sales or call center experience – 5 years preferred
Clear speaking voice
Knowledgeable in use of MS CRM tools
Proven record of and ability to demonstrate your desire and motivation to work the phones and exceed expectations


Sales Competencies:
Comfortable communicating with senior corporate executives by telephone
Establish and complete systematic action strategies to facilitate closing the sale
Demonstrated clear understanding of sales process and cycle
Motivated career telephone sales professional with proven record of success
Outstanding communicator utilizing speech, listening and writing skills


Additional requirements:
Working knowledge of MS-Word; Excel and Access
Education – Minimum HS diploma prefer some advanced training
Energetic goal-driven self starter able to work on your own but also as a team member
Possess a strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge and abilities
