BUSINESS MANAGER - HOME IMPROVEMENT

Large home improvement company looking for Business Manager with strong business acumen and techniques for branch location in Cinnaminson, NJ. The Business Manager will work closely with the Sales and Installation Managers to develop the business. Work with the National Product / Operations Manager(s) on market differentiation and customization. Develop action plans for improvement. Work with the National Installation Manager to develop the installation processes and procedures.
Work with the Branch Sales Manager(s) to recruit, hire and train a high performance Sales Contractor team. Work with the Branch Installation Manager to properly implement all installation processes and achieve successful installation performance. Exhibit a passion for customer service that results in repeat customers. Utilize all financial reports and metrics to effectively coach and manage the Home Improvement business to achieve targeted results.
Actively work and lead the team on the operational tasks that support the Home Improvement business. Includes the warehouse functions. Properly audit the Home Improvement processes and coach associates for success. Partner with the corporate functions to endure efficient and effective project management for each Home Improvement business. Train all associates on processes and procedures.
