BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years experience in Human Resources, with at least one year in administration of health and welfare plans.  Must posses excellent communication and computer skills as well as an ability to perform in a fast-paced, flexible, growth-oriented environment.  Candidate will be a member of the benefits team in the corporate HR Dept. and will deal with highly confidential information on a daily basis. Must have working knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, HIPPA and general benefits laws and administration.  Previous 401(k) experience a real plus.
