IBM Global Services US Service Delivery team has an opportunity for a business operations manager experienced in managing field services. Job responsibilities will include planning/ managing service agreements & service performance of a consumer electronics warranty service network. The manager will have responsibility to manage the day to day operations of a nationwide network of independent consumer electronics warranty service providers, maximizing coverage, capability, and consistency while minimizing the total number of providers needed to achieve business goals. Key business goals include achieving high customer satisfaction, above industry average end to end repair time, and improving all aspects of the service process at significantly reduced warranty service cost levels. Major Field of Study: Business Administration / Business Management.
