CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN II

 

Location:

Foster CIty, CA

 

Position Description:

MUST be a qualified and experienced calibration technician.

 

The essential functions of the job include:

 

Testing, calibrating, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, electromechanical and electronic measuring, recording and indicating instrumentation and equipment for conformance to established standards.

 

Successful candidate must be prepared and willing to perform essential functions either in a calibration laboratory or at a customer site.

 

Job Requirements:

 Qualified candidates must possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Successful candidate must be able to travel to offsite customer locations. Formal training in Metrology, such as the Precision Measurement Equipment Course (PMEL) or TMDE gained through the military is highly desirable and/or minimum of an Associates Degree, preferably in a technical discipline specific to calibration and instrumentation with 3+ years of experience. Must possess a valid drivers license with an excellent driving record.
