Cash Management Operations Specialist

Provide support for cash management products, including product fulfillment and daily production work. Responsible for account analysis and billing support and maintenance of billing models and databases. Provide customer service support as needed. Responsible for monitoring systems, reporting and problem resolution. Assist with development and maintenance of marketing material. Responsible for addressing inquiries, problems, concerns and servicing existing accounts. May perform financial and product analysis to assist in appropriate planning and development. May support affiliate expense allocations and associated reporting. Other duties as assigned.

Cash Mgmt Operations Spec II, N15 - Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of cash management products, procedures, services, accounting, financial and account analysis, pc and customer service skills.

Lockbox processing experience and research background required
Must possess the ability to work well with management at all levels of tiers
Requires proficiency of Excel and Word
