 Description

TESSCO?s Infrastructure team is looking for a talented Category Manager to help drive GP and buyer growth by creatively managing vendor relationships and product strategy.

Responsibilities:
? Develop and manage a segment of the Wireless Broadband product offering.
? Execution of solutions offering, presentation, pricing, product rationalization and product availability.
? Manufacturer of acquisition and relationship management for a subsection of the Broadband product offering.
? Develop and execute the product and marketing strategies into all TESSCO customer segments.
? Create application based solutions and communicate them to the marketplace through TESSCO tools as well as outside print & web-based marketing.
? Supporting sales teams and customers on the products offered.



 Required Skills

? Bachelors Degree required.
? High level of networking technical and product knowledge.
? Above average negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
? Network engineering industry experience desirable, wireless experience a plus.
? Ability to create customer interest and market demand through innovative marketing.
? Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently and proven history of meeting goals.
? Ability to think strategically, coupled with strong execution skills.
? Good oral and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities and good problem-solving skills.
? Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Knowledge of the TESSCO systems and processes a plus.
? Ability to travel on a limited basis.
