Ccr Manager

Serve as the focal point for IBM community relations activity for Chicago and support senior executives in 5 states. Be recognized inside/outside IBM as one who builds relationships, creates solutions that leverage IBM resources, attracts media attention & delivers results. This individual will develop strong relationships with IBM clients, key decision makers in the community & IBM team. Engage with policy leaders to communicate IBM positions. Enhance IBM's brand image through thought leadership in K-12 education, diversity, and workforce training and technology innovation to solve societal problems. Successful applicant must be a Chicago resident; have established high level relationships in education, government and IBM customers; be self-directed & creative in achieving results. Measurements include employee volunteerism, expense management & IBM recognition. Major Field of Study: Technology, education, public affairs Leadership, Innovation. All qualified applicants should have strong Relationship Building and Management skills, the ability to work in a team environment, previous Project Management background, exceptional Communications skills - Interpersonal and media, in-depth knowledge of Budget and Financial Management, CCR Program Knowledge and Sales and Marketing experience.
