Performs cleaning and decontamination activities for surgical instruments, procedure trays and patientcare equipment. Provides specialty support to specialty OT Teams. Incorporates knowledge oftechniques, procedures, use of equipment and Hospital and Department policies necessary for efficient and accurate job performance. Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must have Sterile Processing certification; Medical terminology; Medical equipment. Three to five (3-5) years of experience.
