Princeton Retirement Group, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their team in the Winston-Salem area.Brief Description:


The Client Service Manager is an exempt position and reports directly to the Team Leader and is responsible for the overall administration and client service for an assigned group of retirement plans.  It is the responsibility of the Client Service Manager to ensure that plans are in compliance with plan documents and service agreements.  Client Service Managers correspond with clients researching issues and resolving plan related problems.Job Responsibilities:


Typically, the Client Service Manager will need to meet various deadlines and should be able to work well under pressure.Qualifications:
3-5 years of defined contribution recordkeeping experience and a solid understanding of plan administration.  A college degree is required for this positionStrong analytical and reconciliation skillsDetail oriented and able to exercise strong verbal and written communication skills.Well organized and client focused; able to anticipate client needsAbility to multi-taskIntermediate PC skills are necessary Knowledge of Mutual Funds, ERISA, OmniPlan or OmniPlus is not required, but is highly preferred.
