There is an immediate opening for a Collections Analyst.

 

Ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

 

1. Handle collection of invoices and chargebacks for all small and medium specialty store accounts.

 

2. Assist Credit Management in making arrangements with specialty stores.

 

3. Obtain Dun and Bradstreet credit reports.

 

4. Send out credit letters.

 

5. Handle credit maintenance.

 

6. Prepare bad debt schedule after approved by Credit Management.

 

Individual should have 2 to 3 years of related Credit and Collection experience.  Qualified candidate must be extremely detail oriented and have excellent follow up skills.
