Arrow Financial Services LLC continues to expand its call center at the Whitewater, WI location. Due to continued growth, the Arrow team is seeking individuals who enjoy a pay for performance environment and welcome learning new skills. Fully paid training will acquaint team members with the fast-paced and professional atmosphere, while learning the keys to success. Individual performance is rewarded with commission

As an ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE every day is different when working with customers over the phone to negotiate on unpaid balances. You will be trained on the laws related to debt collection, how to read credit reports, and negotiating win-win situations. Our hands-on management team will provide you with one-on-one coaching and mentoring to ensure your success in our fast-paced environment.

*Base Pay + Unlimited Commission *Average $9+/hr and earn much more as you progress! *Additional .50/hr paid for fluency in both English and Spanish. *Fully Paid 2 Week Training

FULL-TIME *7am-3pm M-F; 2 weekend shifts(4 hours each) per month required;OR *3pm-11pm; NO WEEKENDS,$1/hour Shift Premium for 2nd Shift

PART-TIME *Minimum of 25 hours per week. *Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available.
