Commercial Banking Officer III (C135838-633 Morris)

Ability to work independently.
Work with sales management committee or its representatives to develop target prospects and develop approaches to prospects.
Develop and carry out approaches to clients and prospects to sell the bank and its products and services.
Develop and maintain contacts in the community and with customers. Develop new customer relationships and new business from existing accounts.
Work with internal and external public to extend credit.
Analyze financial information and apply sound banking judgment according to loan purpose analysis, repayment source analysis and loan structure.
Review, analyze and approve or reject loan requests in accordance with bank policy and guidelines.
Maintain credit quality in accordance with Bank guidelines.

Required Skills:

Four-year college degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting.
Minimum 7 years commercial lending experience
Good business development skills
Strong credit skills
