Purpose of Job:
Provide analytical skills to design, implement, and administer total compensation programs that reward and motivate Graco employees. Partner with supervisors, managers, and HR managers by providing consultative services on all compensation topics. Evaluate, market price, and recommend appropriate salary ranges for all job families. Assess current compensation programs and recommend improvements and enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
?4 year college degree in related field.
?3 to 5 years compensation experience, with demonstrated knowledge of compensation theories and design.
?Strong communication, inter-personal, analytical and problem solving skills.
?Strong spreadsheet, word processing and database PC skills.
?Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
?Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
