Computer Services - Mailing Services  Type-Full time

 (Siemons will provide training)

 

Position Responsibilities:

 Candidates will assist in the production and preparing of mail pieces for delivery to the Post Office. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, provide analytical and problem-solving skills that demonstrate effective decision making.Candidates must have a thorough understanding of using computers for office applications, data correction and file management. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year work experience using Excel software. . 

 

 

 

Additional Skills (considered a plus):

 1-2 years experience in the data entry field Knowledge of postal regulations and how to use database and mailing list correction software.Knowledge of mail-merge software programsOperational knowledge of digital printers

 

 

Ability to:

 Speak, understand and execute detailed written and verbal instructions in English with the highest degree of accuracy.

 

 

Education:

High School Degree or Equivalent Degree

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

 

 

We are looking for energetic people, able to work under tight deadlines and provide quality output. Work hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with 30 minutes for lunch and 2 breaks. Vacation time is provided after one year of service. We offer profit sharing and medical after 6 months.
