Position Title: I.S. Hardware Quality Assurance Technician Perform a variety of Quality Assurance (QA)tests and document/analyze results. 1. Perform QA tests on desktop computer systems, Dell and IBM. 2. Perform QA tests on teleprinter systems. 3. Perform QA tests on laser printers, HP. 4. Perform QA tests on impact printers, Okidata. 5. Document test results as directed. 6. Analyze trends and make recommendations to minimize QA failure rates. Work as part of Production Team 1. QA technician will work as part of high tempo production team. 2. QA technician will work in hardware warehouse.
Mandatory Skills Phsical Requirements 1. Ability to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly throughout the work shift from floor level to waist level. 2. Ability to carry 30 lbs. a distance of 50 feet repeatedly throughout the work shift. Knowledge of Hardware 1. Knowledge of Dell and IBM desktops and laptops. 2. Knowledge of HP and Okidata printers. Experience 1. Two years experience in desktop computer/printer repair.

Experience and Skills:
Desired Skills Experinece in QA procedure/methods desired.
Degrees/Certs Education 1. High School graduate required, two year computer technical degree or equivalent. 2. A+ certification desired
