Conference Room Coordinator

Akerman Senterfitt, a large Florida based law firm seeks a Conference Room Coordinator for its downtown Miami office.  This is a newly established position reporting to the Office Administrator.  Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, detail oriented environment.  Effective organizational, team working, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

 

Responsibilities include coordinating the logistics and operations of conference room set-up, catering and day-to-day contact with outside vendors for our meetings and events.   Flexibility regarding overtime when necessary.  The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as catering coordinator or have worked in the catering, banquet facility or housekeeping field.
