Content Manager

The Marketing division of Kelly Services' Corporate Headquarters has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Content Manager to join their U.S. Sales Support team.

As an integral part of the group, this individual will be responsible for managing and expanding Kelly's RFP content database. This will entail monitoring content activity within the database, managing the review and update process, and revising or proactively researching new & updated Kelly service offerings. This research will involve attendance at department meetings, review of Marketing collateral and Web sites, interviews with subject-matter experts, use of industry publications, etc. This individual will write concise, persuasive, RFP-ready responses, will secure approval from content owners, and will add to the RFP technology tool. Moreover, this person will review, edit, and integrate new RFP content as it is generated by analysts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the central database.

The ideal candidate will research best practices for RFP design and creative factors, and will engage other Marketing resources as appropriate to implement these elements. Additionally, this individual will establish a pipeline of information sources about Kelly and the staffing industry, and use that pipeline to stay ahead of information trends.

Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or journalism. Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong project management abilities. Additionally, a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience is sought in a writing, editorial, and/or market research capacity. Proven expertise in persuasive business writing, with a strong understanding of sales & marketing strategies, is highly preferred.
