Summary:
Corporate Security Manager: Advises staff, managers, and employees on all aspects of government security requirements and maintains minimum physical security requirements for operational facilities. Provides input as requested on security implications of new proposals and business opportunities. Coordinates security-related activities of off-site locations. This position will include FSO and CSSO responsibilities.

1. Assists employees on preparation of security clearance paperwork using the Electronic Questionnaires for investigations Processing (e-QIP) system to ensure compliance and completes processing for forwarding to government.
2. Coordinates collateral personnel security clearance requirements with the Defense Security Service.
3. Coordinates additional security requirements such as Polygraphs, National Agency Checks and Counterintelligence Screening.
4. Coordinates SCI personnel security clearance requirements with various government customers (depending on contract requirements).
5. Serves as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for automated information systems that process classified information. Prepares and maintains the Automated Information System Security Plans (AISSP) and provides oversight to ensure compliance with government specified operational requirements.
6. Maintains a Database of all cleared employees.
7. Maintains a personnel security file for all cleared employees.
8. Processes incoming and outgoing Visit Requests for classified visits.
9. Establishes/Manages day-to-day operation of the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
10. Responds as Primary On-Call person for all alarm activations in the HQ's facility.
11. Responsible for maintaining accountability of all classified documents coming into or being sent from the facility.
12. Provides courier authorizations to employees and briefings as needed.
13. Prepares DD Forms 254 for all subcontractors and interprets requirements of DD Forms 254 issued to CFS contract efforts.
14. Prepares CFS Security ID Badges for security identification purposes.
15. Prepares reports and notifications to appropriate government agencies as required by applicable government regulations.
16. Keeps senior management apprised of any security deficiencies or potential problem areas.
17. Coordinates all security requirements with appropriate government agencies and interacts with their security staff to ensure processing of requested actions.
18. Oversees off-site facilities to ensure compliance with security regulations.
19. FSO - Manages Corporate compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) under the Department of Defense National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and individual contractual requirements as specified on contract DD 254 forms.
20. CSSO - Manages Corporate compliance with all aspects of the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Program in accordance with Department of Defense Directive 5105.21-M-1 and applicable customer regulations.
21. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience - Two-year college degree (minimum) in any area of study to ensure some basics. 5 to 10 years of combined experience working at corporate level of a government contractor and government (civilian or military) security related experience, preferably requiring interaction with various government agencies in both the collateral and SCI environments.
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability - Must know and be able to take all actions necessary to ensure compliance with all government security regulations and contractual requirements. Must be able to make decisions to advise staff on appropriate actions in regards to all security related actions. Must be able to respond authoratatively to external requests from customers
Computers - Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - N/A
Clearance Level - Active TS and be eligible for SCI access.
Other Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of all aspects of NISPOM and SCI Administrative Security Manual. Practical (hands-on) experience in managing secure facilities (TS and below) through the Defense Security Service and SCIF management under any government agency. Must be familiar with Automated Information System Processing requirements for both collateral and SCI computer systems.
