We are seeking an experienced Records Manager to supervise and support company-wide records management program needs from our facility in New York City. 

 

You will:

 Support and coordinate Corporate Records Management functions Maintain Corporate Records Inventory Verify monthly vendor charges to ensure correspondence with activities and storage fees Coordinate and facilitate movement of records to and from storage vendors Assist in managing the relationships with storage and maintenance vendors Maintain and operates microfilm equipment Interact with internal customers from all sites and local offices on a regular basis to ensure requests for records are satisfied on a timely basis Process archival searches for email and other records in support of corporate Legal, Compliance and HR departments



Direct records management experience and very good leadership skills are a requirement.
