Customer Adaptation Center Supervisor

KEYS:

BS degree - Mechanical Engineering preferred.

5 to 7 years exp. supporting geared brush/brushless DC motors.

Must be open to travel - some traveling to factory in France

 

DUTIES:

Will support prototype and small quantity orders of geared brush/brushless DC motors

Will make customer calls - as required

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Managing modifications of the existing product to meet customer specifications.

Providing technical assistance to the Regional Sales Manager and/or an Application Engineer to ensure compliance with

customer requirements.

Performing support activities such as some motor set assembly, testing, trouble shooting, repair, upgrading and

modification of product to meet customer objectives.

Establishing and monitoring inventory and delivery schedules.

Interfacing with customers and manufacturing facility.
