Customer Service Account Representative
Mahr Federal Inc. is a leading manufacturer of precision measurement instruments and systems for the automotive, defense, international, and commercial markets. We are looking for a Customer Service Account Representative to join our team at our U.S. Headquarters location in Providence, RI.
Responsibilities:
The qualified individual will deliver excellent sales channel service and support and respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems or complaints. Additionally:
Will provide product information, price, delivery and payment information. Review and accurately enter orders, process product returns (credits/warranties), and record customer complaints. Expedite late customer orders, and reschedule orders. Communicate with customers and sales channels in a professional manner by phone, fax, email, or mail. Become customer?s advocate while interfacing with other departments such as Purchasing/Planning, Marketing, Shipping, Stockrooms, etc. Support the Credit Department regarding unpaid invoices and other issues.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is required. Excellent communication skills are also needed. Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
