DISPATCHER

Job Description:
The Dispatcher will dispatch and organize daily workload for field employees as it comes into the department to ensure timely response to all work (emergency orders, compliance orders, locates, mercury regulator work, meter work, leak survey work, distribution activities/work).

Primary Responsibilities:
Priority Service for Operations, Distribution and System Operations(responding to emergencies / leak calls in a timely manner)
Customer Satisfaction (maintaining a high appointment percentage)
Budget - Productivity (keeping non-prod at a minimum and reducing overtime)
Regulatory compliance (keep Operations in compliance throughout the year - workload and training)

Skills/Experience/Background:
Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel)
Demonstrates good communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Previous dispatching experience a plus

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
