Data Management Specialist Expert

Experian, a global leader in providing information solutions to organizations and consumers, is seeking a highly motivated Data Managment Specialist Expert to join our Data Quality group.

 

The successful candidate will have the following responsiblities:

 
Establish and track quality control functions and procedures.
Analyze new data for accuracy and compliance.
Lead and partidipate in joint meetings with internal partners and expernal clients.
Assist with mentoring of team members.
Coordinate the resolution of data quality issues with data operations and technical systems personnel.
Provide technical leadership to team members.
Lead special projects as needed.
Advise, research, and resolve highly complex or escalated and critical data issue for internal partners and external clients.  May travel to client location to resolve data issues.
Provid direction and guidance in the development of quality audits and statistical audits to enhance the quality of reported client data.
Provide technical expertise in maximizing potential revenue from external clients through increased service and quality.
Participate in client meetings as an advisor and subject matter expert for a wide range of issues, including data conversions, audits, field by field analyses.
May define requirements and test systems affected by software changes during major implementations.
Acts as subject matter expert for all data services systems, procedures, and processes.  Make recommendations for imprved efficiency.
Maintain expertise in credit reporting industry standards and their impact on client data reporting. 

 

We require a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree is a plus.  The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience.  You must have analytical skills and expert knowledge of analytical tools.  You must be a team player and be able to work cross-departmentally but also have the ability to work independently.
