POSITION: Debit Card Services Support Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Fiserv EFT, Settlement

POSITION PURPOSE:
To support dispute resolution processing for Fiserv EFT Visa and MasterCard debit clients by ensuring that preparatory tasks are completed in a timely manner.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform input and maintenance functions using various software applications.
* Maintain familiarity with Visa/MasterCard/Fiserv EFT processing systems and keep current in technical expertise.
* Research and resolve routine and non-routine technical, systematic and operational problems.
* Perform routine miscellaneous tasks including faxing, filing and photocopying.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3 years experience working in the Operations Department of a Financial Institution.
* Familiarity of the Electronic Funds Transfer Industry.
* Knowledge of Visa/MasterCard Operating regulations helpful.
* Strong customer service/communication skills.
* Good PC skills including experience working with Microsoft Office.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Must be able to prioritize and work accurately within deadlines.
