6.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Work in a fast-paced team environment with an Estimator partner to ensure quick and accurately recorded interior selections and change orders.

2.  Work closely with Estimator partner to effectively manage the scheduling of Homebuyers appointments based on the construction process.

3.  Meet with Homebuyers to review the standard features of the home and enter the following interior selections on a notebook computer:

?  Flooring (Carpet, Ceramic Tile, and Wood)

?  Kitchen Cabinets

?  Countertops

?  Interior Paint

?  Plumbing Fixtures

?  Front Door

?  Door Hardware

?  Light Fixtures

 

4.  Maintain strong communications with Homebuyers during the interior selections process.

5.  Review flooring sketches, faucet layouts, backsplash detail, and product disclaimers with Homebuyers.

6.  Maintain extensive product knowledge of standard features and upgrade options.

7.  Ensure that the Construction Staff has all of the supporting sketches relevant to the interior selection sheets.

8.  Review and organize required paperwork prior to the Homeowners appointments.

9.  Communicate with vendors on current design trends and product knowledge.

10.  Work closely with the corporate office in the selection of new products for the showroom.
