Lands' End is a leading direct merchant of traditionally styled, classic casual wear and products for the home. We are currently searching for a Director of Quality / Manufacturing for our Corporate Headquarters in Dodgeville, WI. This position reports directly to our VP of Quality and Sourcing.

As a Director of Quality you would be responsible for leading the Lands' End Manufacturing Specialists and partnering with our Manufacturers to ensure that Lands' End product is placed in factories that adhere to our global compliance standards and will meet Lands' End quality and delivery expectations. Internally this position interacts with leaders of Technical Design, Sourcing, Merchandising and Creative Design. Externally this position will lead vendor startups, vendor compliance, deliver vendor performance evaluations and lead process improvement strategies relating to quality.

Qualifications
Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

A 4 year college Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Technical Design or Related field.
7 to 10 years of Product Quality management experience in a retail or manufacturing environment dealing with private label apparel.
Demonstrated skills as a change agent in a quality and customer service driven culture required.
Passion for customers, consumers, continuous improvement, change.
Demonstrated success at leading cultural change at the functional and company level strongly preferred.
Experience partnering with domestic and international manufacturers
Demonstrated ability in managing people and issues in a large crossfunctional team setting.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
