Director of Content Licensing
Zannel, Inc. is a venture funded startup backed by two, top-tier VC firms. We are located on Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, CA, and are currently in stealth mode developing a next-generation multimodal social entertainment platform that will revolutionize how content is experienced across connected devices. Founded by the team that built the largest mobile media platform in the US, we are in the process of assembling the core team to build out and launch our system. 1) DIRECTOR OF CONTENT LICENSING

Job Description
* Reports to the CEO
* Development and management of strategic partnerships with major entertainment companies (studios, labels, networks, and game companies) and social networking/content sites.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop and manage all content strategic partnerships
* Partner identification, prioritization, and negotiation
* Partner financial modeling/analysis
* Partner presentations (external, internal ? green light process)
* Partner licensing contract drafting, closing
* Partner account plans development and implementation
* Develop sales collateral
* Creative sales collateral by vertical (studios, networks, games, etc.)
* Creative customized sales collateral by client
* Plan and attend conferences and events
Experience Requirements
* 5+ years of business development experience - closed major deals
* 2+ years of account management experience ? managed major accounts
* Major entertainment company relationships (C, VP, Director level)
* Major brand, carrier relationships a plus (C, VP, Director level)
* PPT presentations, contracts, account plan experience, and financial modeling
* BS and/or MBA (preferred)
