Director of HR

LSI is seeking a Director of Human Resources who will plan, control and organize all activities of the department and HR activities across the company.

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for:

? HR practices, policies and procedures.
? Employee communications and relations
? Recruiting
? New employee orientation
? Employee development and training
? Performance management
? Compensation programs
? Benefits programs
? HR related information systems Required Skills:

The successful candidate will have a B.S. degree in business related field, with an MBA in Human Resources Management preferred; Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred; seven years experience in Human Resources including experience with a professional services / consulting or information services business; strong knowledge of legal principles and best practices of human resources; three years experience managing a team of HR professionals; excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet skills.
